A Necessary Other

Exhibition identity design for the MFA Fine Arts graduation show at HDK-Valand, Gothenburg.

The identity is inspired by the group’s narrative on connection and ever-changing relationships, and the chain visual references the Baltic Way human chain from 1989. Singular rings form a chain as their own entity within a group, but the way they move is influenced by how they are connected to each other. This gives the overall identity a playful and poetic feel.
